Rich has been a prisoner of rock and roll since fronting his first garage band at age 15 and has maintained a respected professional music career ever since as a singer, harmonica player and Americana songwriter. Rich Layton & Tough Town have released two critically acclaimed albums of original Texas roots rock and perform regularly at festivals and clubs throughout the Northwest. Rich also makes guest appearances with Lyle Lovett, Lucinda Williams and other long-time friends when their tours hit Portland. Rich keeps everyone in his musical circle well caffeinated with his home roasted coffee and espresso blends.  If you’re ever in the neighborhood, drop by for a cappuccino.
