TransForm Communications was founded in Houston, Texas in 1991 by Richard Layton. The vision was to create a combined communications/management consulting practice devoted to delivering bottom line business results. About Rich Layton, Principal and Creative Director...

Mr. Layton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Texas School of Communication. With an ongoing commitment to professional growth, he is an active member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and its Entrepreneurs" Strategic Interest Group, the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the MIT Enterprise Forum. Professional recognition for his work includes IABC Bronze Quill, Houston International Film Festival, Blue Chip Enterprise and International Telly awards.
